Team Coaching

Planned Parenthood of WI Inc. approached Christine with the following management challenges: 

  1.   Lack of clarity about priorities, roles and responsibilities
  2.  Poor and unclear communication 
  3.  Diminishing trust amongst peers and leadership

The 16-member team had low trust and morale and decision making took too long. Previous efforts to address the issues internally and external interventions had failed.

The Journey

 

    The customized six-month program was designed to shift culture and encourage people to work together. 

    Discover

    Using the Team Diagnostic™ team assessment system, a baseline of the team’s current state was captured. It revealed the team’s performance on seven productivity and seven positivity factors.

    Dream

    After sharing the results from the Discovery phase, Christine guided the team to envision itself as a high performing team. 

    Design

    Christine facilitated a process to identify priority actions that were needed to move the team to high performance. A six-month action plan was created. Christine empowered the team and ensured action items were clear and achievable.

    Execute to Create Destiny

    The team worked on key action items during and in between monthly coaching sessions. They focused on key areas such as decision-making, role definitions, trust and communication. Additional insights emerged during and after monthly coaching sessions. The Team Diagnostic™ reassessed progress made over the previous six months.
